Shipping & Delivery

Each Fleischer Privé order is carefully prepared and shipped from our Canadian Atelier. Orders are processed within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to three business days for tracking information to update. 

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners including UPS, FEDEX, Canpar, and DHL. Canada Post disruptions will not affect Fleischer Privé shipments. Shipping rates and timelines are shown at checkout.

Fleischer Privé candles are potentially subject to tariffs or duties, dependent on territory. All customs fees, local taxes, brokerage charges, or duties remain the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Undeliverable & Returned Shipments

If an order is refused, unclaimed, or deemed undeliverable and returned to Fleischer Privé, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Any additional return costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.
