Return & Exchange Policy

Each Fleischer Privé candle is crafted in small batches, hand-poured with intention, and individually inspected before leaving our Atelier. Due to the nature of our artisanal production, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If an exception is approved, return shipping will be deducted from the refund issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To request an exception, email info@fleischerprive.com with “RETURN” in the subject line.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days upon receiving your package at info@fleischerprive.com, with "DAMAGED" in the subject line. Include your order number and clear photo evidence so our team can assist you promptly.

Once reviewed and approved, our team will issue and ship a replacement product and or provide store credit.

Orders not reported or returned within the stated timelines will no longer qualify for replacement.
